A huge election rally has been held in Demra area in support of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) candidate Alhaj Nabiullah Nabi in Dhaka parliamentary constituency-5.
The rally was led by Ward No. 68 Organizing Secretary and Unit No. 3 President Mir Muktar Hossain. During the rally, BNP leaders directly exchanged views with the local people and listened to their various problems and expectations.
At the time, the speakers said that BNP is committed to structural reforms of the state, restoration of democracy and return of the people’s voting rights. They said that Alhaj Nabiullah Nabi is a people-friendly, honest and selfless leader who deeply understands the suffering and feelings of the common people.
The leaders also said that the people of Dhaka-5 constituency are dreaming of a new hope under the leadership of Nabiullah Nabi. The mass meeting became lively with the spontaneous participation of the common people, which is a reflection of the people’s growing trust in BNP. Leaders and activists of the local BNP and its affiliated organizations were present at the mass meeting. They sought the support and cooperation of the voters in favor of the paddy sheaf symbol.
