However, in the institution where law is being taught, illegal business is again taking place! Such an offensive, demonic, horrible, strange, anti-social and extreme human rights violation incident took place in the capital's Mirpur. Law College! Mirpur Law College Principal Alauddin Ahmed could not enter his educational institution even with a copy of an order of the High Court on May 30th.

It is known that with the hope of building a healthy and beautiful nation with many dreams and with the aim of making a memorable contribution to the country and the decade, Principal Alauddin Ahmed started teaching at Mirpur Law College established in 1993 without salary and showed his respect and love for law despite being a respected lawyer of the High Court. . Later in 2015, he was elected as the principal of Mirpur Law College due to his integrity and dedication. Suddenly mysteriously on last 09/05/2024 National University authorities sent a letter regarding his exemption. The letter mentions that since you are 61 years old, you can no longer serve as principal.

Then on 15/05/2024, under the leadership of Vice-Principal Khandaker Modares Elahi Tiru, ​​teachers Sohail Mallik, Pal Vritkansh Nandan, Khandaker Farhan Elahi and several college employees Badsha Mollah, Tarek Rahman, Jasimuddin, Jamal Ahmed came to the house of Principal Alauddin Ahmed and forcibly took him away from him. tried to take away the college papers and showed various intimidation. Principal Alauddin Ahmed said, "There are various loopholes in the law of this order. I will appeal to His Excellency High Court. Please wait until the case is settled. If His Excellency High Court acquits me. Then I'll leave." Then the teachers and staff who were with him, along with the vice-principal, made a huge ruckus like terrorists in the house and insulted the principal Alauddin Ahmed and threatened that, "No one can put you in this chair, we have many influential local leaders on our side!"

Later Principal Alauddin Ahmed filed a writ in His Highness High Court. As a result, on 20/05/2024, High Court judge Naima Islam suspended the order of the National University and mentioned in the judgment, "Since the National University authorities have amended the previous law and increased it to 67 years, if the principal Alauddin Ahmed is physically and mentally healthy, Mirpur Law can serve up to 67 years." shall serve as the Principal of the College and shall have no further legal bar in the discharge of his duties".

In view of various incidents, on 30/05/2024, Principal Alauddin Ahmed made a general diary at Pallabi Police Station in the capital and in the diary he mentioned that the copy of the judgment of the High Court has come to his hands and he will sit in his charge. However, he fears that his life is in danger just after entering the college. Or any kind of attack can be on it. He was then assured by the Pallabi police station and for his safety a team of police led by SI Tofail Ahmed along with various media and human rights activists along with Editor of Bhorer Bangla News Sheikh Faisal Ahmed along with principal Alauddin Ahmed and his wife Nazmun Nahar and lawyer Saiful Islam at the college gate. Upon arrival, it is seen that the lock is hanging there. The administration has repeatedly requested to open the lock but no one is willing to open the lock. Although the administration, human rights and media workers repeatedly say that we have come through a compromise. Since he has brought the copy of Hon'ble High Court's judgment, we will sit down and solve this matter. Since he has been upheld in full duty by the judgment, please open the gate. You cannot disobey the law in any way and disobeying the order of Hon'ble High Court is a punishable offence. But , the lock was not opened under any circumstances on the order of Kuchkri Vice Principal. Common students are also misunderstood and many students stand outside for a long time to attend class. Several students said, we don't know anything about this. However, as far as we know, Alauddin Ahmed is our principal. We are not even able to conduct classes because the gate is not open.

On that day, the vice-principal did not listen to any words and did not open the lock. However, the media workers collected the complete video footage of various people who appeared on various pretexts at that time. At one stage, due to the hint of an invisible evil force, several politicians and various outsiders appeared aggressively and started a ruckus. The administration was forced, On the advice of human rights and media workers, Principal Alauddin Ahmed was taken to a safe distance. The administration informed that we have informed the matter to the senior officials and legal action will be taken against them.

At that time, Abir Ahmed, the general secretary of the Chhatra League of Pallabi police station and some other leaders rushed to the spot after receiving the news. He hears everything and says I didn't know such an incident here. I heard that a new principal has been appointed. So I have been invited to tea. I have no way of knowing that there is a trouble going on here or that Alauddin Ahmed Sahib has come to accept his responsibility with a copy of the judgment of His Highness High Court! Abir also said, "If I had known about this, I would never have come here. We are always respectful and we Chhatra League are not involved in any activities against the prevailing laws of the country and never support any illegal activities. It is noted that even though the leaders have left after listening to Sundar Bulli, even today we are seen to take any words, behavior or actions of cooperation as a proof of respect for the verdict. They did not go! Leaders such incidents are suspicious!

Apurba Hossain, officer-in-charge of Pallabi police station, said to the present human rights and media workers, this matter is the matter of National University Authority and Mirpur Law College Governing Body. They will resolve this matter, but if anyone feels any kind of threat, he will be given full legal assistance. Principal Alauddin Ahmed. He said, "I have established this institution with great honesty and devotion. We established this college with a noble purpose. It is surprising to think that many of my students in the field of law are renowned advocates and judges today. I am an organizer of the great liberation war of Bangladesh and an active member of Bangladesh Awami League. Moreover, even though I am a senior lawyer of the High Court, I never imagined that I would have to face such humiliation at the end of my life. I request those who are involved in this misdeed and those who are spreading various kinds of propaganda to reveal all the truth to the media. I demand severe punishment for the gang formed under the guidance of the vice-chancellor of the college and the outsiders who are fueling this. Contempt of court which is such an unwelcome occurrence in a legal institution is by no means desirable. I have already sent a letter to the National University authorities.

Saiful Islam, a senior lawyer of the High Court, told the media that the verdict of the High Court of Bangladesh cannot be ignored by any institution or person in any way. It is a direct contempt of court! Those who have done or are doing these things are questioning the judiciary and the prevailing laws of the country and soon this law I hope the High Court will issue strict orders against the violators.

Several students on the condition of anonymity said, we students are very sad, ashamed and disappointed by such activities of the vice-principal. Principal Alauddin sir is an honest and simple man. He has established many students from this college in the field of law. With a man like him. If this is the behavior then what will we learn from this school! We all want Principal Alauddin Sir to come back to his duties. As, Hon'ble High Court has ruled in his favor. We think no student, teacher, staff will speak against it. Maybe those who are talking have been misunderstood!

At the time of writing this news, it is known that there is a joint secret meeting and conspiracy between the said vice-principal Kuchkri Bahini and some dishonest leaders in the local Daput. There is a tense atmosphere in the entire area. As time goes by, the environment and order are going to be more chaotic. Several people have expressed their opinion that the vice-principal is a person of lustful nature.
