Narail DB and Thana Police arrested two people along with Yaba tablet. A drug dealer named Mohammad Jasim Mridha (30) involved in drug trade has been arrested by Narail District Intelligence Branch Police. The arrested Mohammad Jasim Mridha (30) is the son of Md Abdus Sattar of Durgapur village under Narail Sadar police station.

Ujjal Roy, Narail district representative said, yesterday night he was arrested on the broken brick road on the south side of Nawab Ali’s homestead in Bhwakhali village under Narail Sadar police station. Based on secret information, under the supervision of District Intelligence Branch Officer-in-Charge Md Chabirul Alam, SI (retd) Ohidur Rahman and ASI (retd) Mohammad Nahid Niaz along with the force conducted a raid and arrested Mohammad Jasim Mridha (30). At that time, twenty-five pieces of Yaba tablets were seized from the arrested accused. In another operation yesterday, a drug dealer named Md. Turan Molya (22) was arrested by the Lohagara police station. Md. Turan Molya (22) is the son of Eken Molya of Jaipur village under Lohagara police station. On the basis of secret information, under the supervision of the officer in charge of Lohagarh police station Md Ashikur Rahman, SI (retd) Mohammad Mamunur Rahman along with the officer force arrested him on the paved road on the north side of Jaipur Alia Madrasa under Lohagarh police station. At that time, illegal drug 31 (thirty one) pieces of Yaba tablets were seized from the arrested accused. In this regard, two separate cases have been registered under Narcotics Control Act at Narail Sadar Police Station and Lohagarh Police Station. The accused have been produced before the learned Court. Under the guidance of Narail District Police Superintendent Kazi Ehsanul Kabir, the district police is working sincerely to make Narail drug free.
